With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan J. Besaw of Newington, Connecticut, born in Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 9, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Benigni and Frances Benigni; and her son David Besaw. She is survived by: her significant other Thomas Lombardi of Newington; her children, Robert J. Besaw Jr. (Maria Wooton) of Bristol and Kerri (Peter Johnson) of Thomaston; her grandchildren, Mandy, Damien, Savannah Besaw, Cameron and Madison Johnson; her sisters, Carol (Richard Barlow) of Canton and Nancy (Thomas Mizzell) of Bristol; and her close friends, Mary Lombardi and Mary Orluk. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
