Dombrowski (Betty) of Newington; her grandchildren, Stacey Follansbee (Rob) of Grafton, MA, Stanley Dombrowski (Kelly Mowchan) of Newington, Anthony Dombrowski (Lauren) of Wethersfield and Katelyn Dombrowski of West Hartford; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Lola Follansbee of Grafton, MA.; her niece Beverly Guidotti of Newington; her daughter Susan L. Dombrowski; and her stepfather Leopold Zajac.
