We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2023, at the age of 57, Shawn Allen Mains of Newington, Connecticut, born in Saco, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Carleton Mains. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Mains Colby (Emmons); his wife Athena Mains (Henriques); his stepfather Verner Colby; his children, Sarah E. Mains and Joshua A. Mains (Jaclyn); and his sisters, Karen Abrahamsen (David) and Tracy Gedicks (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made to the Brain Injury Alliance of CT.
