It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Henderson of Newington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Serfass and Irene Serfass (Lampert); and her brothers, Duane and Richard Serfass. She is survived by: her husband Richard Henderson; her children, Richard Henderson Jr. (Ellen) of Enfield and Melissa Aukstolis (Joe) of Wethersfield; her grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas Aukstolis, Bailey and Miles Henderson; and her siblings, Linda Serfass, George Serfass of Newington and Paul Serfass (Halina) of Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a walk through wake (masks and social distancing are required) at the Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110 on Tuesday, March 16 from 4pm - 7pm.
