With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald L. Hunsinger of Newington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Ronald has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa Hunsinger. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hunsinger (Carpenter); his children, Ronald Hunsinger, Jr. (Mariah Ennis) and Abby-Rose Hunsinger (Garron Marschall); his grandchildren, Kyah Flores, Tyler Hunsinger and Cayleb Gibbons; and his great grandchild Mateo Joseph.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.

We had so many great times whether bowling in tournaments, leagues or on the many fishing trips to Ontario (with the guys).
