He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Hilary and Zofia Kolakowski (Chodacz); and his sister Krystyna Jaworski. He is survived by: his wife Krystyna Kolakowski (Kaczynska); his children, Piotr Kolakowski and Paulina Kolakowski; his brother Janusz (Teresa Kolakowski); his sister Lucyna Kolakowska; his brother-in-law Antoni Jaworski; his nieces and nephews, Marek and Pawel; and also Mateusz. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
