He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola Niro and Filomena Niro (Gualtieri). He is survived by: his wife Angela Niro (Manocchio); and his children, Franco Niro (Mary) of Newington, Irene Tirabassi (Frank) of Newington, Anthony Niro (Nanette) of Newington, Maryann Iacobucci (Tom) of Newington and Peter Niro, Jr. (Judy Prisco) of New Britain. He is also survived by two brothers and a sister, many brother and sister-in-laws, 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
