He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Perkowski (Zuba) and Walter Perkowski; and his siblings, John, Walter, Peter, Ray and Helen Mahoney.
He is survived by: his children, James Perkowski of Pompano Beach, FL and Lisa Cyr of Windsor, CT; his grandson Joshua Trares of Windsor, CT; his sisters, Kitty Perkowski and Josephine Ostrowski of Staten Island, NY; and also Denese Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Because of the Covid19 virus, there will be no calling hours at this time. Philip's graveside service will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phil's honor to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
