He is survived by: his wife Hellen Sofianos (Skourlas); his sons, Ioannis Sofianos (Stella Spyropoulos), Vasilio Sofianos (Florentina) and Stavros Sofianos (Debi); his grandchildren, Elenna, Kyra, Naya and Peter Sofianos; and his siblings, Ioannis Sofianos (Rita), Florence Gavrilis and Vaso Athanassiou. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
