He was predeceased by: his parents, Tokko Asato and Isami Asato; his wife Schiko Asato; and his daughter Mariko Asato. He is survived by: his daughter Ritsuko Lisa Miller of New Britain, CT; his sibling Yoshe Asato (Yachi); and also Tokijin Asato.
The family welcomes donations to Central Connecticut State University's Biomedical education program.
