It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Turek (Newington, Connecticut), born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Carlson and Winifred Carlson (Steeves); her husband Raymond Turek; her son Douglas (Melanie); her grandchildren, Sofia and James of West Hartford; her daughter Amy McCrystal (Glenn); her grandchildren, Cameron and Hannah of Vernon; and her sister Sandra Carlson of Farmington. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nancy's memory may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
