We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2022, at the age of 96, Maria Antoinette Rosalie (Distefano) Maselli of Newington, Connecticut, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Maselli. She is survived by: her children, Paula, Edward (Dawn) and Lisa (James); her niece Debra (Dennis); her son-in-law Alan; and her grandsons, Paul and Joseph. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren who adored her, and six great-grandchildren.
Although standing only five feet tall, she possessed a fierce strength and the heart of a fighter that allowed her to beat cancer twice, and survive COVID.
