He was predeceased by: his son Scott Forsberg. He is survived by: his spouse Sabra Elizabeth Dewey Forsberg (Betty); his parents, Carl Forsberg and Ethel Forsberg; his children, Kristin Dunn (Thomas) of Newington and Erik Forsberg of North Adams, MA; his sister Judy Olson of Grass Valley, CA; and his grandchildren, Michelle Dunn, Eric Ashmore of Wethersfield, Laura Dunn Valtin, Jeremy Valtin of Durham, NC and Brian Dunn of New York, NY..
