She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kurtz and Mary Kurtz (Sedlock); her brother John W. Kurtz (Julia Kurtz); her nephew William Kurtz; and her sisters, Mary E. Kurtz, Olga Kelly (Jack Kelly), Julia B. Kurtz, Helen K. Kurtz and Anne A. Kurtz.
She is survived by: her nieces, Patricia Buckley (Cornelius) of Vernon, CT and Ellen Sturtevant (Paul) of Palm Coast, FL; and her nephew John O'Connell (Donna) of Pawcatuck, CT. She is also survived by several cousins, eight grand nieces and nephews; and six great grand nieces and nephews.
