He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Emelda; his daughter Gail Corcoran; his siblings, Ronald, Willard, Bertrand Dufour and Doris Albert; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Martin (Roland Albert) and Mabel Dufour (Diane Pistel).

He is survived by: his wife Theresa Dufour (Pelletier); his children, Michael Dufour (Carole) and Linda Carpentier (Bill); his son-in-law Jeffrey Corcoran; his grandchildren, Shawn, Tyler, Ryan, Brandon and Kyle; his great grandchild Seth; his siblings, Gilman (Yvonne), Fernand, Wallen Dufour (Jeanette), Bernadette Aube (George), Joyce Martin and Angela Thibeault (Melvin); and his sister-in-law Claire.
