She is survived by: her spouse Paul Czepiel; her parent Frances Amatuzzo; her siblings, Samuel and Mary of Jamestown, NY.; her daughters, Jo-Marie Nelson (Kenneth) of Enfield and Tamara Lewis of New Britain; her stepson Michael Czepiel (Kelly) of Hampstead, NC; her grandchildren, Alison, Morgan, Kyle, Andrew and Camryn; and her sister Frances "Chick" Woleben of Jamestown, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
