He was predeceased by: his grandmother Francisca Berroa; and his sister Johanna Feliz. He is survived by: his parents, Froilan Feliz and Carmen Feliz; his siblings, Getsenia Oliver (Rodney) and Juan Feliz (Alba); his nieces and nephews, Amos DeJesus, Kytril Feliz, Jocelyn Oliver, Jordan Harris, Ariana and Jian Feliz; and his great-nephew Vincent DeJesus.
In lieu of flowers, we are requesting donations be made to any of the organizations Jeffrey volunteered for: Amida Healthcare, Montefiore Medical Center and HSWM campaign.
