He was predeceased by: his father JT Sipes Sr. Jason of Tennessee. He is survived by: his mother Ann Marie Zappone (Liistro); his wife Beverlee; his children, Tayler Nadolny-Sipes (Rachel Miller), Leila Sipes and Jesse Sipes; and his sisters, Michelle Rini (Matt) and Marcie Nance. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
