With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Georgette (Bedard) Gjerpen of Newington, Connecticut, born in Lewiston, Maine, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Karl Oskar Gjerpen; her siblings, Larry, Richard, Edward Bedard, Loretta Pelletier, Yvette Rhoden, Muriel Michaud, Dorothy Daigle and Lorraine Giroux; and her granddaughter Lauren Foster Petisce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karleen Keough (Thomas) of New Britain, Kristine Foster (Noel) of Newington, Sandra Snow (David) of Newington, Ingrid Augusto (Jaime) of Berlin and Laurie Gjerpen of Newington; and her grandchildren, Thomas Keough, Jr. (Michelle), Kenneth Keough (Kelly), Alison Bonney, Brian Bonney, Kevin Foster (Michele), Matthew Augusto and Erik Augusto. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; very many nieces and nephews.
