It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances (Mathieu) Vigue of Newington, Connecticut, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delia Mathieu (Bolduc) and Omer Mathieu; her husband George Vigue; and her sons, Michael and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Leon (Alex) and Julie Jacques (Donald); her grandchildren, Kathryn Vigue (Jennifer), Meghan Dausey (Matthew), Jonathan Vigue (Lindsay), Melissa Vigue (Amanda), Jennifer Lopez, Danielle Leon, Kimberly Jacques and Gregory Jacques (Meghan); her great grandchildren, Ryann, Cannon, Sasha, Anya, Leo, Nathan, Lilah and Olivia; her brother Roger; her sister-in-law Jeanne d'Arc Mathieu of Beauceville; and her sister Jeannine Fournier of Newington.
