He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander and Martha (Groth); and his siblings, Sylvia, Marsha, Tommy, Florence, Alex, Ellie and Bobby Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Lori (Sliva) of Newington; his children, Steven (Kathryn Cazassa) of Newington and Jill Drinkwater (Scott) of Rocky Hill; his grandchildren, Nick of Newington and Maggie Dubowsky of Newington; his siblings, Patty, Alan (Darlene) and Fred (Marilyn); and his brothers-in-law, Stan (Rose Sliva) and Wally (Cheryl Sliva). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
