It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Carpenter (Newington, Connecticut), born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Percival and Rose Percival (Garceau); her husband Paul F. Carpenter, Sr.; her son Kevin Carpenter; her brothers, James Sinacore and Ernest Levesque; and her close friend Leonard "Poppa" Radziewski.
She is survived by: her children, Paul F. Carpenter, Jr. of Newington, Richard C. Carpenter of Berlin, Carol Hunsinger (Ronald) of Newington and John T. Carpenter (Deborah) of Newington; and her sisters, Lillian Cordio, Nancy Carron (Chuck) of East Hartford and Theresa LeBlanc (Bobby) of Middletown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews.
