He is survived by: his wife Alisa Visnia Warner; his parents, Donald K. Warner, Sr. and Eleanor Pisiak; his son Michael Warner (Brenda); his siblings, Katherine A. Perez, Joanne Santos (Manuel), Delores Warner (Tracey Ostrout) of New Hampshire and Matthew Warner; his grandchildren, Michael Warner and Michelle Warner; and also Christie Melanson (Michael) of New Hampshire.
