She is survived by: her husband Chester Zlotkowski; her children, Sandra Zlotkowski, Teresa Allen (Mark) and Thomas Zlotkowski; and her grandchildren, Lauren Allen, Megan Allen and Shannon Drozd (Nelson). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
