He is survived by: his siblings, Malcolm of Rockville, CT, Rubard of Rockville, CT, Thomas Owens of Rockville, CT, Wanda Hill, Lorna Owens of Rockville, CT and Willa Stephens; his aunt Katherine Owens; and his close friends, Janice Daly, Russell Vigue, Susan Cunningham, Helen Flanagan and Wayne Youman. He is also survived by four step children, many nieces and nephews.
