She was predeceased by: her parents, Maritsa Apergios and Catherine; her husband James Baklavas; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Swanson, James Damilatis, Artemis and Spero Makris Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Dean Baklavas (Kathleen) of Indian Land, SC, Maritsa St. Jacques (Jay) of Gilford, NH and John Baklavas (Sandee Swider) of Newington, CT; her grandsons, Jason Baklavas (Talia) of Fort Mill, SC, Sean Baklavas of Bennington, VT and Tim St. Jacques of Riverview, FL; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Grant and Elliana Baklavas; her sisters, Angie Damilatis of Lindenhurst, NY, Anna Tsistinas (Teddy) of Palm Coast, FL and Tina Swanson; her nephew Spero Makris (Linda Hanson) of West Hartford, CT; and her friend Rose Morissette of Wethersfield, CT.. She is also survived by neighbors into family members.
