She was predeceased by: her parents, Vetal Core and Lillie Core (Blackwell); her son John McKnight; and her brother Walter. She is survived by: her husband Donald B. McKnight; her children, Cathy Bitterman (Michael) of Vernon and Michael McKnight (Patty Barrett) of Broad; and her grandchildren, Bryan Van Mil (Caitlin), Donald McKnight, Laura Snyder (Jeff) and Stephanie Ferrari (Tony).
