It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertrand N. Lavoie (Newington, Connecticut), born in Grand Isle, Maine, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Alphena J. Lavoie (Cyr); his children, Norman Lavoie (Eugenia) and Carol Belina (Gary) of Newington; his grandchildren, Derek (Amy), Nicholas, Ashley, Steven (Xiaolin), Kimberly and Jody; his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Niko, Brooklyn, Donovan and Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Rudy Desroches of Windsor Locks and Leona Levesque of Rocky Hill. He is also survived by father, grandfather and great grandfather.
