It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara V. Smith of Newington, Connecticut, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert U. Vaughan and Margaret J. Vaughan; and her nephew Bruce Harrington. She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Harrington (George); her nieces, Joyce Anderson (David) and Barbara Harrington (Bruce); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kathryn Anderson, Colleen Anderson and Erin Harrington.
