It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arlene M. Hurley of Newington, Connecticut, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Sauve; her daughter Julie Boninsegna; her stepfather Ovila "Joe" Sauve; her sister Elaine Carroll; her siblings-in-law, Jack Carroll, Martin Eagles and Brenda Sauve; and also, Frank, Gertrude Hurley, Bill, Beattie Hurley and Jim Hazelton.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Hurley; her mother Helena Sauve (Fregoe); her sons, Jack Hurley (Kristen) of Newington and Stephen Hurley (Christine) of Glastonbury; her son-in-law Mario Boninsegna; her grandchildren, Kevin, Kara, Austin Boninsegna, Sean, Ryan Hurley, Alia and Annika Hurley; her siblings, Judy Eagles of Massena, NY and Richard Sauve of Columbia, TN; and also, Thomas, Sandra Hurley, Ann Dlugozima, Bob, Kris Hurley, Joan and John Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (183 Church St, Newington, CT 06111).
