It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark E. Lyon (New Preston, Connecticut), born in Washington, Connecticut, who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lyon and Helen Lyon (Hodgson); and his sister Jan Rodgers (Lyon). He is survived by: his sister Jill Linder (Lyon) of New Milford, CT.; his wife Lillian Lyon (Thompson); his children, Sarah (Keith Lipinsky) of Litchfield, CT, Mark (Meghan Lyon) of New Milford, CT and David (Jessica Lyon) of New Milford, CT.; and his grandchildren, Travis, Lily, Ripken, Justin, Hayden and Roman.
In lieu of flowers his request was that donations be made to the Washington Volunteer Fire Department in his name.
