He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koval and Margaret Koval; his significant other Stella Scalzo; his grandson Henry Scozzafava Jr.; and his siblings, Sis and Joe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Pierce and Joy Scozzafava (Henry); his grandchildren, Bryan Jamerson, Kyle Pickle, Matthew, Tania Scozzafava and Tonya Hughes; his great grandchildren, Anthony Jamerson and Sophia Scozzafava; and his sister Barbara Robinson (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
