She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Golembeski; and her father Raymond Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Edith Johnson (Chapin) of Newtown; her son David R. Golembeski of New Milford; her sister Amy Brady of Newtown; her nieces, Leanne Golembeski of New Milford and Rebekah Brady of Newtown; and her nephew William. She is also survived by extended family and many cousins.
