He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Suzie); his sons, Brian Cookstra (Aaron) of Coldspring, NY, Daniel Cook of Danbury, CT and James Cook of Lafayette, CO; his stepson Evan Darrah (Patty) of Southbury, CT; his brother John Cook (Joette) of Cape Cod, MA; his granddaughter Eleanor Cookstra of Coldspring, NY.; and his pets, Jack, Lucy, Yogi, Trixie and Rex. He is also survived by brothers, sons, friends.
