He is survived by: his wife Johanna Welter (Manczak); his children, Christopher Welter (Lisa) and Karissa Welter; his grandchildren, Lily, Brayden and Landon Welter; his siblings, Joyce Ryden (Paul), Karyn Giri, Michael Welter and Steven Welter (Susan); and his pet Cody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
