He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Oliveira (Mangin); his children, Joseph A. Oliveira Jr. (Denise) of New Milford and Janine Stiber of Bethel; his grandchildren, Gillian, Michael, Christiana and Isaiah; and his great grandchild Austynn.
