We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2021, at the age of 76, Jeremiah J. O'Brien (New Milford, Connecticut), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Humphrey O'Brien and Mary O'Brien (O'Connell); and his friend Joni. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah O'Brien Jr. of Kent, CT and Heather Hannan (Matthew) of Kent, CT; his grandchildren, Emma, Jack, Chloe and Hank of Kent, CT.; and his friends, Graduation Caps and Gowns.
