He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Henriques and Gloria Henriques (Ros). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Loeber (Kate); his children, Jeff (Laurie Frost), George (Kristen), Laura (Alan Colburn) and Scott (Beverly); and his siblings, Peter (Marlene), Glo and Judy (Chas). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
