It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George C. Buckbee of New Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buckbee and Alice Buckbee (Dingee). He is survived by: his wife Carol Buckbee; his children, George Jr. (Mary Ellen), Laura Lewis and Bill Buckbee; his grandchildren, Alyssa Gupta (Paul), George Brendan (Laura), Cameron (Sophia), Dylan Lewis and Bryce Lewis; and his great grandchild Vivian Gupta.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to New Milford Community Ambulance Corps or Water Witch House Company #2 in New Milford.
