She was predeceased by: her husband Robert M. Ballard; her parents, Chester Willis and Barbara Willis; and her siblings, Vernon Willis, Beverly Willis, Barbara O'Connell, Shirley Massena, Doris Tillman and Virginia Beck.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Delaventura, Robert T. Ballard, Lise-Marie Foxx and Wendy J. Ballard; her grandchildren, Antonio (Andy), Christina Dispensa (Chrissy) and RoseMarie Dispensa (Rosi); her great grandchildren, Miles and Lucia; and also, Faye, Bingo and Penny Auctions. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, mourners are asked to make a donation to the charity of their choice in Faye's name.
