She is survived by: her husband Ralph Leavenworth; her stepdaughters, Kim Pernerewski (Paul) and Heather Leavenworth; her stepgrandchildren, Justin Trued (Andrea), Aaron Pernerewski (Nico), Pauly Pernerewski, Sloan Elsesser and Wade Elsesser; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Conway and Luka; and her friends, Mimi Anderson and Frank Calise.
