She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tencza and Anna Tencza (Golema); her siblings, Louis, Joseph Tencza, Veronica Piskura, Helen Pruchnik, Florence Diorio and Blanche Kowalski; and her nephew Joseph Pruchnik.
She is survived by: her sisters, Phyllis Struski of New Milford and Frances Dennis of Bethel; and her caregiver Tanya. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great- great nieces and nephews.
