He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles MacMillan and Janet MacMillan (MacMillan); his wife Barbara Forrest; and his sister Mary Louise MacMillan. He is survived by: his children, Douglas MacMillan (Brenda) of Ridgefield, CT, Debra MacMillan of Waterbury, CT and Cynthia Bloom (Stan) of Parkland, FL; his grandchildren, Vail, Claire, Jack and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Jack.
