He was predeceased by: his sister Marcia Schultz. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, John, Matt Tobin, Jessica Klein, Ali Vest, Sarah-Jane Kahn, Lucy Nicholls, Ian Parker, Katie Rowley, Kim, Megan Layman, Taylor, Jill Cannon, Gabe, Patrick, Olivia Knight, Cal and Trey Martin; and his friend Ham Brower (Kieran Brennan).
