He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Coote Forlastro and Jeffrey Forlastro; his grandparents, Richard Forlastro, Robert and Jacqueline Coote; his uncle David Coote; and his aunt Megan Aversano. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.
