He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Afonso and Armando Marques; his brother Bernardo Marques of Portugal; and his pet Bleu. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marques; and his son Michael Marques of West Hartford.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Brookfield Funeral Home (786 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT 06804).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joe's name to the ASPCA.
