He was predeceased by: his mother Jocelyn Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew, Lyle (Arica) and Jaden; his father Allen Leo Williams Jr.; and his siblings, Christopher Williams (Janice) and Reina Lipscomb (Robert). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to Fisk University (connect.Fisk.edu) with Allen Leo Williams III as the Tributee.
