He is survived by: his wife Barbara Izzo of New Milford; his children, Dirk Izzo (Kerri) of South Carolina, Drew Izzo (Christina) of Utah, Mahri Coen (Ron) of Pennsylvania, Doug Izzo (Rebecca) of Oregon and Tristin Izzo of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Bret, Kyle, Parker, Emma, Lynch and Layton.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association at act.alz.org in honor of Fred.
