With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tatia Rebecca Spann of New London, Connecticut, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Tiana, Keith, Damian, Ryan, Terria, Mia, Adrian, Aaron and Samantha; her grandchildren, Jahyda, Jadan, Zion, Abeni, Kaiu, Winter, Trinity, Miley, Jaelynn, Jewel, Kamryn, Kaelynn, Soleil, Annie, Tristen, Ryelynn and Hermes; her parents, Modesta Tyree and Duane Tyree; her siblings, Jennifer and Willie of Columbia; her aunt Victoria; and her friend Sh'rhonda. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Byles Memorial (99 Huntington St, New London, CT 06320).
