Shirley A. Moore Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. Moore (New London, Connecticut), who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley A. Moore to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Pearl and Wallace Porter; and her grandson Jameson. She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Worrall; her daughter Wanda Lynn; her husband Bernard Moore; her daughters, Debra, Sharon Egan (Timothy) and Jerily Von Flatern; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Tiffany, Jeremy, Justin, Brendan and Anastasia. She is also survived by ten great grand children.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (76 Federal St, New London, CT 06320).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Girl Scouts of America.
